What could be better than adding a great yoga class in the middle of the day? How about adding it 2 times per week? We are currently offering noon yoga on Monday and Friday and in October we will be offering 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays! Each class starts at 12:05 and lasts about an hour. We hope to see you soon!

Personal Trainers are available at Cornerstone by appointment for our members. The training free is $40 per 50 minute session. Working with a trainer is a great way to correct your form and prevent injury. It is also a great idea when trying to target a specific need.
Barre classes are all the rage right now. We are very excited about this program and the possibilities. Barre Excel is a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on crating a strong, lean and toned physique. Barre training uses a unique method of cross conditioning that utilizes the most effective aspects of ballet, pilates, flexibility training, strength training, and yoga. The system focuses on low impact, hight intensity workouts that utilize isometric movements to target specific muscle groups.
